Syracuse Hancock International Airport has provided an update for travelers as the holiday season approaches. The airport features multiple amenities and services for passengers, including:
- TSA Security Checkpoint
- Baggage Claim A and B
- Car Rental services
- Elevators
- Conference Rooms

- Uniformed Security
- Museum & Poetry in Flight exhibit
- Common Use Lounge
- Children's Library
Travelers can access ticketing services at two terminals:
- **Terminal A** includes Allegiant, American Airlines, and jetBlue.
- **Terminal B** includes Breeze, DTA, Frontier, Southwest, and United.
