Stanton College Preparatory School in Jacksonville, Florida, has been named a 2024 National Blue Ribbon School by the U.S. Department of Education. This honor was announced in September, making Stanton the only school in Jacksonville to receive the award this year.

U.S. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona highlighted the significance of the National Blue Ribbon Schools Award, stating it reflects the outstanding achievements of the students and educators at these institutions. Stanton earned the recognition under the category of Exemplary High Performing Schools.

Stanton College Preparatory previously received the National Blue Ribbon School designation in 1984 and 2018, demonstrating a consistent commitment to excellence in education.

Principal Majova and the students are being celebrated for this achievement, marking a significant milestone for the school community. The recognition was shared during a recent school board meeting, which can be viewed online.
