On March 13, 2023, Milhaus was announced as the give-back partner for the grand opening of Northbend Apartments in Tempe, Arizona. The event was supported by Tempe Community Action, whose mission is to help individuals and families secure shelter, nourishment, and a chance to thrive.

As part of the celebration, a donation of $1,000 was made to the Dane County Community Impact Fund. The contribution will support the organization’s work to eliminate poverty and strengthen the community.
