Geneva Public Library Boosts Community Outreach
Geneva Public Library in Geneva, NY, is celebrating National Library Outreach Day by highlighting its efforts to connect with the community. The library participates in and hosts a variety of events such as STEAM Night, Book Fest, PrideFest, Festival de Primavera, Trunk or Treat, and Read Across America. Geneva Public Library also partners with several organizations including the Boys & Girls Club, Child & Family Resources, Geneva Reads, Geneva 2030, the Geneva City School District, Hobart & William Smith Colleges, BluePrint Geneva, Cornell AgriTech, the Daughters of the American Revolution, Literacy Volunteers of Ontario and Yates Counties, the Geneva Police Department, and the Ontario County Workforce Development. These partnerships help to extend the library's reach within Geneva and beyond.
