Fort Worth Announces Thanksgiving Collection Schedule Changes
Staff Report / FTWlocal.org
The City of Fort Worth has announced changes to residential collection services in observance of Thanksgiving. City offices, including City Hall, will be closed on November 28 and 29. However, emergency services will continue to operate as usual.
Trash and recycling collections will be affected by the holiday schedule. There will be no collections on November 28, and residential collections will shift one day forward. As a result, collections that would normally occur on Thursday will take place on Friday, and those scheduled for Friday will occur on Saturday. Bulk collections will resume on November 29.
For additional information regarding holiday closures, residents can visit the City of Fort Worth's website at https://bit.ly/40ScXCf.
