**Dry Ice and Water Distribution in Broome County**
In response to ongoing power outages caused by the recent storm, Broome County Office for Emergency Services is collaborating with NYSEG to distribute water and dry ice to affected residents.
Pick-up locations and times for dry ice and water on November 23rd are as follows:
1. **Harpursville Fire Department**
Address: 2 Main St, Harpursville, NY 13787
Hours: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
2. **Windsor Fire Department**
Address: 4 Academy St, Windsor, NY 13865
Hours: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
3. **Town of Binghamton Fire Station 1**
Address: 967 Hawleyton Rd, Binghamton, NY 13903
Hours: 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM
Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this distribution to ensure they have access to necessary supplies.
