Lackawanna Bookmobile Visits Multiple Neighborhoods This Week

The Lackawanna County Library System Bookmobile will operate in different neighborhoods during the week of January 18–24. On Sunday, the Bookmobile will be at the Scranton Tomorrow Ice Festival from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The library is closed on Monday in observance of Martin Luther King Day.

On Tuesday, the Bookmobile will visit several locations:

• Summit Garden Apartments from 9 to 9:45 a.m.

• Mayfield Borough from 10 to 10:45 a.m.

• LHA in Archbald from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

• Keystone Place Apartments in Scranton from 1 to 2 p.m.

• Maple Manor from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.

On Wednesday, the stops include:

• Bangor Heights from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m.

• Keystone Place Apartments in Dickson from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.

• Goodwill at North from 2 to 3 p.m.

• Greater Scranton YMCA in Dunmore from 3:30 to 5 p.m.

On Thursday, the Bookmobile will appear at:

• Bedford Tower Apartments from 10 to 11 a.m.

• Hillside Senior Community Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

• Willowbrook Place at 1 p.m.

• Amos Towers.

Residents can check the schedule to see when the mobile library will be near their area.
