GIAC Registered for Ithaca's 10th Give a Chance Lottery

City of Ithaca reports GIAC has been registered for the 10th Annual Give a Chance Lottery. The organization says it has won “BIG” in the past with this lottery and is asking supporters to vote for GIAC every day from Sunday, March 1, through Tuesday, March 31. The more votes GIAC receives, the better its chances of being randomly chosen for one of the top prizes. Additional information and dates are located at the bottom of the flyer.

11th Annual Ithaca Give a Chance Charitable Event — Here’s your chance to give back to your community and it won’t cost you a cent.

Event details: Thank you for participating in our 11th Annual Ithaca Give a Chance Charitable Event. The Solomon Organization owns and operates more than 70 rental communities across ten states, including six locations in Ithaca and the surrounding area. It established the Give a Chance Event in 2015 in Albany, New York to support local nonprofit organizations and their missions to create positive outcomes in the community. Since then, it has donated more than $375,000 to support causes in our communities that include animal rescues, scout programs and veterans’ services. Participation is free, and all organizations will have a chance to win one of the top prizes.

Prizes: Grand Prize $5,000; Second Place Prize $2,000; Third Place Prize $1,000.

Important Give A Chance dates: Saturday, February 28 — Deadline for 501(c)(3) charities in the Ithaca, NY area to enter the drawing by filling out the form at solomongiveachance.org.
