Support Students with Chicken and Honey Sale

Staff Report / buffalolocal.org

East Aurora, NY – The East Aurora High School community is inviting residents to support their students by purchasing chicken and honey. Today, the school will be selling half-pound jars of raw honey for $8 each, alongside chicken, outside the farm area of the high school.

The honey for sale comes from the first harvest of hives tended by students with assistance from Mrs. Holko of Masterson's Garden Center, Inc. The sale will also continue on Thursday from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

Even if individuals did not pre-order, there will still be chicken available for purchase. The honey is produced and packed by EAHS Sustainable Agriculture.

For more information, community members can reach out to the East Aurora Union Free School District.
