Tompkins Library Starts Community Reading Initiative

The Tompkins County Public Library in Ithaca, New York, has launched a reading initiative called "Break for Books." The program encourages community members to take a break in their day to read. Asia, a representative from the library, reached out to readers at noon on Wednesday, inviting them to share what they are currently reading. The community engagement event aims to promote literacy and create a space for readers to connect.
